Have yet to build up my reverse tolerance to Kava as it's my first foray into this world but the product seems to be of high quality. My mouth is going numb when drinking (supposed to happen) so I have no doubt it'll be effective in the future!

I'm new to Kava, so given that Kava has a reverse-tolerance (the more you drink, the less you need for positive effects), I have yet to drink it enough to get full benefits. I did notice this blend was mildly relaxing. Looking forward to hearing from The Kava Roots on when the other strains are available again, as I'd like to try the Tongan.

Great customer service from Paulie. Kavaroots is always good, but this is probably my favourite Kava I've ever had. It is really well balanced so if that's what you like this is an amazing kava. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th washes seem to be really strong. Thanks kavaroots!

So, my half pound of Paulie's blend arrived today in the post and I quickly made up a bowl of just two tablespoons to see what it's like. You can definitely see that it has Vanuatu kava in the blend because of the colour of the brew. Drinking it was easy as pie and I liked the taste, spicy and peppery but not overpowering. Within ten minutes of drinking my first shell of kava, I could start to feel the effects and I could tell straight away that this was an incredible kava blend. It's certainly a balanced kava because it starts off heady, very heady and then with time and each successive shell, becomes heavier and more body centric. I think I have found my ultimate kava! Don't get me wrong I thoroughly enjoyed my previous purchase of Tongan family reserve, but this one just really hit the spot. The ideal balance of both heady and heavy effects. Thank you kavaroots for your top notch products. Five stars!

So far, this is my favorite of what you currently offer. I like the Tongan Family Reserve and your Noble Warrior, but this...it is a right balance of body and mind. I get relieve from tension and serious relaxation. Heck, based on my experience with Noble Warrior, I did my initial wash with half of what I usually do, and it was plenty enough. I do love Samoan kava, and this added that special je ne sais quoi to make the blend a piece de resistance. Bravo indeed.

Loved my kava experience was a great cool down at the end of the day and still had energy for a lite workout.
